Frontend engineer

Memora Health has developed the most comprehensive end-to-end platform for analyzing and structuring fragmented health care data. We use artificial intelligence to digitize and automate patient communication workflows, ultimately helping organizations dramatically improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Memora supports a full suite of virtual care systems from automated patient intake and scheduling to telemedicine visits to accelerated billing and documentation in a singular platform, streamlining care delivery. We are building the next-generation operating system for care delivery. Memora Health is backed by some of the largest healthcare venture funds and angels in Silicon Valley and is a very technically-focused team.

We are aggressively growing our team and excited to bring on a junior frontend engineer. This role requires the ability to build a highly scalable web and mobile interface, design features that are highly adapted to how clinicians currently review patient data, and have a strong design sense. Primary responsibilities will include:

• Design key components of a physician-facing web interface for several thousand live users at once
• Collaborate with product team to construct mockups of new features using Figma
• Work closely with customers and physicians to design functionality that adapts to their existing workflow
• Inform product roadmap for physician-facing tools
• Work with backend engineers to scalably pull down information and reduce load times
• Report to CTO and CEO on product performance and usage statistics

Example Projects:

• Design a telemedicine interface for patients and clinicians to conduct virtual visits
• Design a system for dynamically generating PDFs using patient-reported data and graphs
• Implement and construct a metrics dashboard that intelligently highlights trends and patient concerns
• Build data management interfaces for pulling down and visualizing millions of patient questions at once

Qualifications (Required):

• Minimum 2 years experience as a frontend engineer
• Significant experience with React and Javascript
• Strong design sense - you enjoy creating mockups and redesigning outdated interfaces
• Product-oriented - you enjoy talking with customers and understanding how the product is being used
• Experience designing and conducting A/B tests

Qualifications (Bonus):

• Prior experience working at a startup (<500 employees)
• Experience working across the stack (backend, infra)
• Prior experience in and/or affinity to healthcare
