Product Marketing & Strategy

Memora has established a significant presence in the health system market and is beginning to rapidly scale. To do so, we are growing our team and are excited to bring on a product marketing leader with expertise in healthcare. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and to help shape its long-term commercial strategy and success. In the process, you will have the opportunity to impact how the nation’s most innovative health systems and payers deliver care.

In this role, you will have a critical responsibility of deploying and constructing go-to-market strategies inclusive of positioning, messaging, and packaging. You will also be instrumental in directing our pricing strategy and segmentation approach. You will be responsible for deeply understanding how our product delivers value to different customer segments and the positioning that will resonate across each. You will be critical to new product launches, including associated sales enablement and externally facing collateral. From this role, you will develop one of the deepest understanding of technology adoption in healthcare, our buyers, and our end users, and will need to distill market trends and buyer insights to support product development. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare.  We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems. This role will report to our Head of Strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CEO and Head of Strategy to construct and deploy go-to-market strategies inclusive of positioning, messaging, and packaging
  • Ownership of sales collateral development and framing
  • Conduct market research and customer/buyer discovery to inform our positioning and value drivers
  • Create externally facing marketing collateral with clear, effective messaging
  • Support pricing strategies, ROI determination, and customer segmentation approaches
  • Provide input to our product roadmap based on research, market trends, and customer insights
  • Create and deliver sales enablement materials, such as objection handling documentation, FAQs, buyer personas, etc.
  • Conduct A/B tests of messaging and marketing campaigns

  • Strong interpersonal skills to use in both internal work and external conversations with customers and prospects
  • Production of high quality collateral

  • Agility to lead multiple projects while simultaneously being able to appropriately prioritize and address new problems as they arise
  • Ability to quickly take in new information and drive alignment on the best course of action
  • Self-starter with the motivation and grit to solve new problems

Qualifications (Required):

  • 5+ years of experience working in product marketing or healthcare management consulting
  • Professional experience in healthcare and a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem
  • A track record of owning strategy for products/product suites/lines of business
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple and effective terms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven to work in a fast-paced growing company 
  • Obsession with healthcare - you should be interested in staying in healthcare for the long-term
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Previous experience working at a healthcare SaaS company
  • MBA or other equivalent advanced degree
  • Growth marketing experience
  • Experience with pricing new products and price optimization
  • Experience presenting to health systems and owning relationships with health systems
  • Significant network in health tech and health systems
