Memora Health has developed the most comprehensive end-to-end platform for analyzing and structuring fragmented health care data. We use artificial intelligence to digitize and automate patient communication workflows, ultimately helping organizations dramatically improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Memora supports a full suite of virtual care systems from automated patient intake and scheduling to telemedicine visits to accelerated billing and documentation in a singular platform, streamlining care delivery. We are building the next-generation operating system for care delivery. Memora Health is backed by some of the largest healthcare venture funds and angels in Silicon Valley and is a very technically-focused team.

We are aggressively growing our team and excited to bring on a team member focused on developing strategy for scaling Memora’s platform and target markets, along with partnerships. This role requires a detailed understanding of clinician reimbursement, healthcare spending, and how healthcare delivery organizations function.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching reimbursement codes and ROI for different clinical service lines
  • Reviewing health system P&L to customize sales decks
  • Constructing custom ROI cases for specific customers or target market segments
  • Writing and publishing case studies showcasing Memora in specific use cases
  • Informing market segments to target based on target ACVs
  • Identifying strategic partnerships (i.e. distribution channels, medical devices, etc.) to scale growth
  • Increasing platform defensibility by identifying unmet market needs and informing product roadmap
  • Bringing on customer sites that will enable proof of concept for specific ROI cases
  • Report to CEO on market opportunities and product partnerships

Memora has established a preliminary presence in the health system market and is on the cusp of significantly scaling. This role is an opportunity to start on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing healthcare companies and establish its long-term strategy for growth. In the process, the output of this role will help define how Memora’s customer base, which includes the nation’s largest health systems, deliver care.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in healthcare
  • Deep understanding of provider reimbursement, health system financials, and value-based care models
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills - you should be able to rapidly identify ROI opportunities and validate them
  • Obsession with healthcare - you should be interested in staying in healthcare for the long-term
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Long-term vision - you should be able to construct and articulate how Memora can reshape care delivery

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Prior experience in healthcare consulting
  • Prior experience being an early employee at a healthcare startup
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to construct a product roadmap and keep an entire team on track
